He has also been involved in developing leadership training modules and the subsequent roll out to teams and individuals.
Richard has been involved in numerous acquisitions and mergers where the change in business culture is often the most important issue to align.
His experience includes the development of environment, social and governance strategy and policy delivery.
Richard is also experienced in chairing conferences, meetings, workshop sessions and public speaking with inspirational 'stage presence'.
I had the pleasure of working with Richard on a number of very large projects, together with developing new inbound and outbound material flows across a number of our ports over the entire UK. Suffice to say that he ensured that our operational and safety performance matched his own high standards and, happily, both organisations were completely aligned.
